Are looking to recruit a

Bar Supervisor

Duties will include organising, managing and motivating staff, maintaining records, stock control and managing customer expectations and satisfaction levels. 

20-25 hours per week,

Hourly rate to be negotiated.

Public meeting - Monday 30 September @ 8pm

Following the first public meeting at the end of July a lot has happened and its time to get together with other like minded members of the Community to provide an update and gain further support for the project.

Please pass the message on that we are having a Public Meeting on

Monday 30th September 8pm, at Netherton Sports and Social Club.

The aim is to give an update as to where we are with the project, and hopefully gain more support with a view to having a weekend of volunteers helping out with a spot of maintenance and updating!

If you do know of anybody that is prepared to offer assistance be it donations, time, advice, a skill etc and they can't make it to the meeting, please pass details on.

Extension granted

At the recent meeting of the Parish Council they agreed to delay the sale and defer the closure of the club to allow time for the local community to develop their business case for a Cooperative with a view to possibly taking over Stevenson House within the next six months.
