Formerly Netherton Sports and Social Club, Stevenson House was purchased by the Parish Council, early in 2012, at a very favorable price on the understanding and commitment that it would become "a vibrant social facility for the Parish" with the Council having "taken on responsibility" to "management and develop" it.
This simply hasn't happened.
We propose that the community take ownership of the facility as a Co-operative and make it a success for the benefit of all.
